Getting Started

How do I schedule my first pickup?

Sign up for a free account, enter your package details (retailer, label photo), select a pickup window, and confirm. A driver will arrive at your door during the scheduled time.

What carriers do you support?

We support UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon, DHL, and most major retailer return labels. If you have a prepaid label from any carrier, we can likely handle it.

How much does it cost?

Pricing starts at $4.99 per pickup on our Free plan. Pro members pay $19.99/month and get 5 pickups included, with additional pickups at $3.99 each.

Pickup Process

Do I need to be home for the pickup?

We recommend being available, but you can arrange a no-contact pickup. Simply leave the package in a secure location (porch, lobby) and note it in your pickup instructions.

Can I schedule same-day pickup?

Yes! Same-day pickup is available in most areas if scheduled before 2 PM local time. Availability depends on driver capacity in your area.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule any pickup up to 1 hour before your window starts without any fee. Changes can be made in the app or on our website.

Tracking & Proof

How do I track my return?

You'll receive real-time updates via SMS and email. You can also track all your returns in the app or website dashboard. Each step includes timestamped photos.

What proof do I get that my return was dropped off?

Drivers take photos at every step: package pickup, label verification, and drop-off at the carrier location. All photos are timestamped and GPS-verified.

How long until my refund arrives?

Once dropped off, the carrier and retailer handle the refund timeline. Typically 3-10 business days. We provide proof of drop-off to help if issues arise.

Problems & Disputes

What if my driver doesn't show up?

This is rare, but if it happens, you can request a new driver or reschedule for free. Contact support and we'll prioritize your pickup.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

All packages include basic coverage up to $200. File a claim within 7 days and provide proof of value. Claims are typically resolved within 48 hours.

How do I report a problem with a driver?

Use the 'Report Issue' button in your pickup details or contact support. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
